This 1 bedroom, 1 bath Deluxe Remodeled 2nd floor ocean view vacation condo at the beautiful Papakea Beach Resort in North Kaanapali is located in building E on the North side of this 11 acre beach front complex. This vacation rental features high-end tropical furnishings, tile floors throughout, remodeled kitchen and bathroom with granite counters and beautiful wood cabinetry. Bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with bench and handrail (no tub). Enjoy your morning coffee of afternoon cocktail on our lanai where we have a table and chairs with seating for four. The second floor location is great for privacy as well as spectacular views of the well maintained grounds and ocean. Bedroom features a king bed plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room for a maximum occupancy of 4. A split air conditioning system cools the entire condo plus ceiling fans are featured both the living room and bedroom for maximum comfort. Flat screen TV's in both living room and bedroom. Resort features 2 pools, cabanas, tennis courts, putting greens, shuffleboard and plenty of gas BBQ's in the pool area to grill up the fresh catch of the day.

Effective 7/1/14 a $15/day Facilities Use Fee (with a 10 day $150 maximum per calendar month) will be collected at check out, payable to the front desk.
