This premium unit boasts a spacious 1,534 square feet, single floor plan that is great for relaxing, entertaining and taking in the west facing golf course and Kaanapali Resort views. Our home is furnished with contemporary island style and flair and has separate accommodations for up to 6 guests with a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. While the condo is on the 2nd floor, the entrance is at parking lot level with easy access and no stairs. (there are 3 steps down into the living room area)

You will live on and enjoy expansive views from the large covered lanai (400 sq ft) with comfy patio furniture and a wet bar and sink to take in the island breezes and fabulous sunsets with a Mai Tai or Pina Colada.

Enjoy two large HDTV's with cable premium digital package including dozes of music channels and DVD players (in the living room and master bedroom), a smart phone music docking station for Pandora and Spotify download play, a complete X-Box system in the family area for kids. Surf the web via the free wireless access and feel free to use the wireless printer for any work or vacation research projects.

Our home is your home-we also supply tennis rackets, snorkel masks, 2 beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, pool and sand toys and a basketball. A baby stroller and playpen is provided so that you don't have to haul or rent these items on your family getaway vacation. Relax and enjoy cards, board games and jigsaw puzzles-family fun for all. Resort features pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, pavilion with gas BBQ's, showers, etc. Upon registration the resort collects a $75 per vehicle registration fee.
