Garden and resort views at this studio condo in the Banyan Building at the beautiful Ocean front resort of Maui Kaanapali Villas. Recent remodel included: new shower, toilet, vanity, kitchen, tile flooring and paint. Also, new appliances and plumbing fixtures + window treatments. Although the kitchen features a cook-top there is no oven. This condo features three lanais and two sliding glass doors. If you desire sun or shade, you can have it most times of the day. The West patio (the largest) keep you out of the wind, if blowing, is more secluded, while the East patio overlooks the beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. When both sliding doors are open you can enjoy the ocean breezes depending on the season for those who do not want air-conditioning. The 'Mack Wall Bed" can be raised and lowered with your fingertips, due to the hydraulic/spring mechanism. When retracted this gives you more living room space like you would have at home without a bed exposed. There is a safe built into the dressing room closet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher & garbage disposal. 27 inch flat screen TV & DVD Player, owners library & many CDs. Sleeps up to 2 people maximum.

Upon check-in the Resort collects a $40 Resort Registration fee plus a $15/day + tax facility fee. Fee includes Wi-Fi, local calls and parking. HI Registration #W30344892-01
